Patio bungalows Bavel

An enclosed area in Bavel is currently being developed for 17 dwellings for elderly people. Three different types of single-floor dwellings are grouped around a court. A freestanding house indicates the entrance from the street.

The patio-houses fit into their surroundings perfectly because of their low volume and the use of similar materials such as brick and wood in new combinations.
