Urban study Rotterdam Schiebroek

We have made an urban study to investigate the possibilities for redevelopment of the Peppelweg area. The main intervention is to break the Peppelweg building block to create a green connection from the Rodondendronplein to the Ganzerikplein. The area with 50's appartments can be developed in a mix of new appartments and family dwellings.
